IronStride Run Group

Run group sessions are designed to improve run performance in a social setting.

Sessions vary throughout the year with spring and summer months on the track, and fall and winter on the grass or roads to improve performance for XC running, road races, and marathons.
 

Training Sessions:

IronStride runners meet twice per week:
Wednesdays at 5:30 pm at Focus Personal Fitness 
Sundays at 7:30 am at the Invista Track
