Coaching Services
Coaching services are personal and individualized.
All coaching services are provided by Randy Zabukovec. Coaching services include online day-to-day scheduling and training prescriptions using the TrainingPeaks app for triathletes and VDOT app for pure runners.
Training services also include in-person one-on-one training sessions. This may include training escort sessions and/or technical training sessions.
Small group coaching sessions are also available and can be customized to the group, and needs of the group.
Triathlon Coaching
Level One:
Personal and periodized swim, bike, and run sets prescribed weekly on the TrainingPeaks platform. Individual training sessions are prescribed weekly to maximize adaptability and training success. Unlimited email/text support.
$175.00/month
Note: For Ironman events a full year commitment is needed to put any value to coach/athlete relationship.
Level Two:
Personal bike and run sets prescribed weekly on the TrainingPeaks platform. Individual training sessions are prescribed weekly to maximize adaptability and training success. Unlimited email/text support.
$150.00/month
Note: This usually works well for the triathlete that is swimming with a swim group.
Run Coaching
Personal and periodized run training programs that are delivered on the VDOT app platform. Individual training sessions are prescribed weekly to maximize adaptability and training success. Unlimited email/text support.
$80.00/month
Note: For marathons and ultras, a full year commitment is needed to put value to the coach/athlete relationship. It is also advisable for any major running goal that a minimum of 6 months is needed to achieve goals.
Technical or Escorted Training Sessions
One-on-one training sessions including technical sessions or escorted training sessions.
$85.00/hour
