How about the IronStride results at the Smith Falls Triathlon?!
Pat Powers made it through the sprint course in 1:07:22 for a great 13th overall and 1st in his AG! Lianne Crawford was squinting and taking her goggles off to see the swim course on the return into the sun, still good for one of the top swim times finishing the race in 1:08:43, good for 15th overall and another 1st in AG!
Lianne also brought her IronYouth kids along for the action with Abbers (8) and Jack (11) running the 2k the whole time in 14 and 11 minutes to get them up to 2nd on the podium! Great job having fun on the way to the top
