Syracuse 70.3 had some speedy IronStride ladies racing on the weekend. Lianne Morrisette went 5:21 for 12 AG! Serious competition, good work! Sonja Bissenger through in 6:01! Darlene battled through the itch of poision ivy in 5:41!

Race Results: Perth Kilt Run
IronStrider’s Brad Ethier and Karen Gagnon running in the Perth Kilt Run over the weekend! Brad ran the 8km distance in 40:32 while Karen crossed the finish in 44:53. Sounds like good fun!
